If you’re not completely happy with your first purchase, just let us know within 31 days of receiving your product — no returns needed!

  • Only valid for first-time purchases
  • Maximum refund of RM200 per order
  • Limited to one refund per household, name, or address
  • Proof of purchase or order ID required

We’ll process your refund through a payment method that suits your location. Kindly allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We accept returns within 31 days from the day you receive your item. Returned items must be in their original condition — unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

1. Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • We’ll cover your return shipping.
  • A printable return label will be provided for free.

2. Change of Mind / Exchange

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • After inspecting the returned item, we can:
    • Issue a full refund
    • Exchange it for a product of equal value
      Offer a partial refund (if only part of a set is returned)
